First impression: Store Dog Dog

A lot of people seem to not like Inu Inu anymore due to the drama. A store called Dog Dog claims they are shady, I personally don't care about any of the drama. I just like to buy cute clothes :)
So! I bought from Dog Dog.co because of their affordable prices, i needed a backpack for school, and I wanted the peach hat from Inu Inu, but wasn't willing to pay the $24 for it. Currently Dog Dog's site is down. I think I paid $16 for the backpack and $9 for the hat, plus free shipping.
Since they are based in China, so shipping took a lil longer than if you bought from Inu Inu. I live in the USA and the shipping took just a week, after processing. Which is very good for China.

First, the backpack.
The print is super cute!! I love space, and the cute cartoon pattern is adorable. The Saturn pattern comes in around 3 colors. I backpack is standard size, and it is really sturdy, which suprized me. It has a large pocket and a small pocket, pretty decent and normal to see.
The inside is pretty large. It has a slit in the inside to separate different books, and a zipper you can see in the photo.
Weirdly enough, the bands on the back were undone, and it took me longer than it should have for me to loop it together. No big deal, just wanted to point it out.
Though overall I really like this backpack, it's cute and pretty cheap for the other ones on the market. It can fit a decent amount of books so it is good for school.

Now for the hat!
Again, i didn't want to spend $24 on Inu Inu for a HAT. What they sell and what Dog Dog sells is the same, and when it arrived, yes it it was worth $9. Not to say it is bad, but i feel as if Inu Inu takes their pictures in a way to avoid that large bump in the middle of the pattern as seen below.
Despite this, it is adorable still, peaches are my favorite fruit. So i am all in for the aesthetic fashion trends going on with it.
The only thing i would really complain about is the back. It doesn't seem secure and it is kind of a hassle. It doesn't seem like it would last long.
I've been wearing hats a lot, so i'm excited to get some use out of this in sunny San Diego.

Dog Dog is a really nice store, I love my items and I will probably purchase from them again. I like the shipping and the prices. So check them out!!

Lime Crime Unicorn lipstick review: Great Pink Planet & D'lilac

Hi! I'm aware a lot of people hate this company, but I have given them a second chance (as seen before on my other reviews). I have personally never had a bad experience with them! And I am a sucker for their packaging. That being said, I have been desperate to have a couple of their lipsticks! I bought their bright pink (Great Pink Planet), and their lilac (D'lilac). Honestly, I have wanted both of these colors since I was 14.
These both retail for $18 plus shipping, but if you have amazon prime you can get them for just $18! :)
As seen above, GPP (left) came in their limited addition packaging. I thought they ran out, but i suppose not. D'lilac came in regular packaging (which I honestly prefer).
Arm swatches! These colors are pretty pigmented! Both colors are "white-based", making them very bright and pastel! Both colors are pretty thick, while swatched on the arms. And they both have a pale-vanilla smell.
It is hard to see in this photo, but GPP sinks in my lip lines very much. This is common with white-based pink lipsticks, though considering this is originally worth $18 (i bought it for $9), you would think it would avoid this. It also gives a very odd texture to my lips. I recommend putting concealer and powder over your lips before applying. Despite the thickness, it is still creamy and transfers; not kiss proof. And it leaves a hot dark pink stain after removal! I love this color, it probably doesn't look that good on me, but it is fun! On the lips it is pretty 'neon'.
D'lilac on the lips is a lot less neon than GPP. Honestly, it is probably more wearable. This color gives less texture on my lips than the pink, and is quite thing. You could alone wearing powder and concealer with this, but as you can see, the redness around my lips shows. So probably doing it anyway would make it more cleaner, since we all don't have a lilac lip liner. This color is not matte either and can transfer.

All in all, would I recommend these? It is different for both colors. Great Pink Planet needs a lot more work, and is not worth $18. On the other hand, D'lilac is a lot better and I would recommend it!

Lime Crime Eyeliner first impressions (Lunar Sea)

Hi! I've been on a kick lately with buying makeup!! I found out Amazon sells Lime Crime products and usually with free shipping (with prime). So it would be cheaper to buy from there than Lime Crime's actually site!! Even with their sale they have right now (summer 2015), its two dollars cheaper haha. I bought Lunar sea, a white liner, because I felt like I white wing would be so pretty! This liner costs $14!!
Since I have Amazon Prime, this was received in two days, if you ordered from Lime Crime's site it would've taken probably a week; this depends on where you live.
Upon first impressions, I like it! Packaging is cute and it has a small tip--great for making wings. Except I notice holding it in my hand it is VERY tiny, in photos it just looked much larger. For my hand swatch, i've had it on my hand all day and it has lasted alright, it has kind of worn off.
When I got it i was really excited!!
Excuse my lashes! When i first applied it, it was verrryyy sheer, and liquid-y. You have to look down and let it dry, but this goes for all lines of this type. After it dried a second coat was applied, dried, and so on. Though after I looked up, I realized that the liner was really latched onto my skin? If you look closely in the photo you can see some waves. This is because when it dries it kind of shrinks, thus creating these waves (at least i'm pretty sure). Also! You can REALLY feel this, like you don't put it on and forget about it, you can feel it clenching onto your skin?
Even with two coats it's still a little bit patch. One probably couldn't notice unless they were right in your face. I remember reading the reviews on Amazon and people said it cracked. I didn't believe them and bought anyway, sadly it did do the cracking, but went away after another coat. Honestly I don't know if this would last long on my hooded lids. I'll still use it to get my moneys-worth, but maybe next time if I want a white eye-liner i'll stick to felt-tip (best in my opinion).

If i'm honest I am really bumped this didn't work better, it probably takes experimenting and getting use to. I am just happy I bought it on amazon and saved 6 bucks with free shipping :)  I was almost going to buy Blue Milk also, I guess I am happy I didn't. Save your money!

Pros: Pretty packaging, small applicator, fast shipping (amazon)
Cons: patchy, not very good quality
