Inu Inu Iridescent Summer Skirt

Hi there!! I feel like I've been buying a lot of things lately, then again it was my birthday; so why not!! Inu Inu released a bunch of new stuff!! Including the skirt shown above. It sells for $50 plus shipping (≖︿≖✿) . What sucked was that a day after I bought it they had a 30% off sale, which kinda made me irritated ,but oh well!!! 

It came in a really basic protection which doesn't worry me since the store is based in the US. The first time I bought from this store it took over a month for it to deliver for me since they use to be in China, but this order took about 5 days! It would've been four if they could mail Sundays. That being said, shipping is quick! Though because of the tight folding, the pleats in the skirt are dented in the middle and throughout the skirt.

The zipper is like any other pleated kind of skirt, though with this material the band is very itchy!! I feel like I could only wear this with a shirt tucked into it. It's also worth mentioning that on me (I am 5"2), it goes below my knees.

And maybe it's just me being picky, but the photo showed it reflected all sorts of colors like pinks and blues and so on! Though what I have doesn't really reflect like that! Doing that, when I put it on, it felt almost costume like, and not a beautiful, "avant garde" skirt. Don't get me wrong, the skirt is gorgeous, though considering $50+ of my dollars went into this I expected something like the photo.

I bought this skirt on impulse, so I suppose it's my own fault! I plan to get good use out of the skirt despite it not blowing me away 100%. Besides it's still a head turner and a unique piece to my closet. I feel bad that this seems like a negative review, because this skirt is fun! Just don't buy if you are picky like myself! But being me, i'll probably buy from them again at one point because of their unique clothes.

Pros: Fast shipping, unique design

Cons: Not exactly like the photo, itchy around waist , the pleats are dented

She In A-line denim skirt review

Hi there! I love 90s fashion and I really wanted a denim skirt. Being said, mostly denim skirts like from American Apperal or GFDstore are way too expensive (being $50 or more). Thankfully, SheIn (formally Sheinside) had one for $12.00! 

I've bought from She In before, and it's a great place to buy affordable things. They give you points for buying things, reviewing them, and so on, which you can use to buy things. I use my points for faster shipping. 

It came in a basic package, and despite me choosing 6-8 day shipping, it got here in two weeks after processing. So for money sake, don't bother choosing this shipping option where it will most likely do no difference. 

It looks pretty much like the item in the photo! and i'm very happy with that! Though i notice the buttons on the skirt are really loose? I don't know if it's suppose to be like that, but I was afraid i would've broken them any moment. That being said, I had a really hard time buttoning the buttons; breaking a nail in the process! It fits pretty well, longer than i would like it to be but it's a great buy!

Pros: Good quality, same item in the photo, good price

Cons: long shipping, loose buttons

Cutiepie Apparel first impressions //

First of all, I apologize for the horrible photos that might be in this review!!

Anyway, Cutiepie Apparel is an online ,storenvy based, store. They had a sale recently where all crop tops were only $9, with free shipping! Currently they are permanently $10, which is still a good deal. 

I purchased the 'Sassy' and 'Whatever' crop top. I ordered it on May 17, it took 10 days to process the order, and it only just arrived on June 15th. Despite the pleasure of free shipping, the time it took to get here was ridiculous. They arrived in a small gray bag with really no protection, considering they are only tops. The tops are really stretchy!! and go just above my above my belly button.

For the 'Whatever' crop top. I really like it! the print is vibrant and clear. It repeats on the back aswell. I am happy with this top and can't wait to wear it.

On the other hand, the 'Sassy' crop top, I was not that happy with. Despite the fact that the pattern is great and prominent. There are stains ALL OVER the shirt, like ones shown in the photo. Which is a let down because i was looking forward to this shirt the most. Being me, picky with the condition of a product, this almost ruined the order for me. I have yet to wash it but I hope print is not ruined.

Despite the crop tops are simply adorable, I don't plan on buying from this seller again. Due to the fact that I am picky with conditions of a product, as said before. Also, the confirmation email said they would give me a tracking number, but I never received one. So through out the long process I had no idea where my order was.

Pros: Cute!, print consistent and not faded, stretchy and could fit many  people

Cons: Slow shipping, no tracking number given, stains on products

Inu Inu cheaper alternative: Dog Dog.

Many people know of the famous online store, Inu Inu. Known for their unique clothing styles full of pastels and fun! I had ordered them once before, on a sale of course, because their items are expensive af. In personal opinion, I wouldn't pay $20+ for one pleated skirt (I payed $15 when it was on sale, which is more reasonable). That being said, this post is to introduce to you a cheaper store with similar items!

That store is Dog Dog. Funny enough, it is the same store name but in English. The store claims on their Instagram that they were Inu Inu's original supplier, though drama happened and they had opened their own store to get money back. The owner is kind enough to make less profit to give customers a chance to get clothes at a cheaper price (but longer shipping since it is based in China).
I have personally never ordered from this, but reviews on their insta are positive. Dog Dog does not have all the same items as Inu Inu, like the Ocra , Peach merch, and so on, though a large bulk they still sell.

Jeffree Star Cosmetics review: Unicorn Blood ->Limecrime's Wicked dupe //

Hi! Recently, I ran out of my favorite colored lipstick, Wicked by Lime Crime. Honestly right now I am not willing to pay $20 for it plus shipping. After looking on Instagram for dupes, Jeffree Star's seemed like one I was honestly interested in (as in I actually like the packaging). Plus, these are only $18 with shipping. 

It came in a small box with wrapping paper, as shown above. With a photo to promote their new lipstick, "I'm Nude". I ordered this on a Saturday and it arrived on the following Thursday (June 11th). So considering I live a few cities away from the company itself, this was reasonable. 

It isn't shown well in the photo, but the applicator is odd! It is like a normal doe-foot applicator, but it has more of a dip in it at the top (it's hard to see with the product on it). Applying this makes it much easier! 

Top:Unicorn Blood (JS), Bottom: Wicked (LC). These colors are almost exact dupes!! The only real difference, is that Unicorn Blood probably has less brown in it. Jeffree Star's lipstick has .19 fl oz, while Lime Crime has .88 fl oz.That being said, this is a better deal. 

Basic lipswatches shown above with only one coat. The product has no smell, and is such a pretty color! I have almost no cons with the product, or the company itself. I am very happy w this!! It's a cheaper liquid lipstick, but the quality is just as good as a $20 one. Check out their other colors as well!!

Pros: Nice packaging, applies easily, very pigmented

Cons: Can be drying
