Despite the controversy with this company, I have had the most stressful year of my life so far and decided to treat myself to a GORGEOUS palette.
The package came in a box that included tissue paper and bubble wrap, fully protecting my items inside. So there is no need to worry about your items! Also, the shipping time listed was accurate, for me it took 4 days.
This palette is described as "The Grunge palette" and full of reds and browns. A majority of them being mattes, except for Shell and Aura, meant to be highlights I'm sure.

Sorry for the small pictures! Though on my arm they don't seem too pigmented, brushes can pick the shadow up very well!! Sometimes I put on too much because they can be so pigmented. I feel pretty 90s with a 'messy' red smokey eye (and their RIOT velvetine), as well as confident! Red eye shadows can make you look very mature-- if done right. Or they will make you look tired or have an eye disease!! So practice with these shadows make perfect.
Though a disclaimer, if you have SENSITIVE eyes, I do not recommend this, or red eye shadows in general. They can be very irritating. Also, these can stain your eyelids, so use makeup remover instead of face soap (which I admitting-ly use to take off my makeup sometimes), and use a good primer before hand.
Despite having oily lids, i feel no irritation or movement from these shadows (use a primer though).
So i do recommend these if you are comfortable with the company.
Pros: Excellent pigmentation, great packaging!, can blend well.
Cons: Occasional staining, can be irritating to some.
